uefi+gpt: don't use easybcd! doesn't work. Could not find .mbr file.
- Win10 empty a disk;
- Make ubuntu boot disk;
- Partition settings
mount point | partition size | New partition type | new partition location | used for |
---|---|---|---|---|
/ | 22000MB | primary partition | starting position of space | EXT4 journaling file system |
not set | 4096MB | logical partition | starting position of space | swap space |
/boot | 800MB | logical partition | starting position of space | EXT4 journaling file system |
/home | all remaining | logical partition | starting position of space | EXT4 journaling file system |
After setting the above partitions, change the "device where the bootloader is installed" to the device where "/boot" is located,
or you can only create three new partitions: / , swap, /home;
- Always default, default, default until "reboot".
- Finally boot, use easyuefi to prohibit Windows Boot Manager, use ubuntu to boot windows; adjust the uefi boot order is invalid, and finally always boot through windows boot manager, or no matter how you adjust windows boot manager, the priority is always the highest ---- so prohibit it! Simple and crude.
