arcgis server service fails to start after modifying IP

1. After the ip is modified, the service cannot be started. The pro-test solution is as follows:

2. Find the "arcgisserver\config-store\machines" directory under the configuration directory of the Server site.

3. Find a file named "XXX.json" inside (where XXX is your computer name).

4. Just change the URL behind the adminURL to your target URL.
