Problem description and solution:
When installing VisualSVN server, I always get stuck in the service startup link, and then manually start the service VisualSVN Server still reports an error. I can check the log information AH00100 through the event viewer: VisualSVNServer.exe: could not log pid
to file C:/Windows/ServiceProfiles/NetworkService /AppData/Local/Temp/VisualSVNServer.pid
Then I searched layer by layer according to the path, and found that there is no Temp folder, so I created a Temp folder, and then retryed to complete the installation normally, and the service can also start normally.
