mysql service is starting the service fails to start

Open Administrator cmd
1: Find a service occupation process, enter the command: tasklist findstr "mysql", kill the process: taskkill / f / t / IM mysqld.exe!
2: cmd see if the port is in use: netstat -aon | findstr " 3306 ", kill the process: as
3: after modifying my.ini file save format of the problem: normal circumstances should be ANSI / ASCII format, but use Notepad to open the save changes, my.ini default file format changed utf8 format. The re-format into ANSI format
