The main reason to understand the card is because VMware Workstation needs to automatically start 5 related services by default, namely: VMware Authorization Service, VMware DHCP Service, VMware NAT Service, VMware USB Arbitration Service, VMware Workstation Server, as long as these are not allowed The service starts automatically.
Note: Sometimes the virtual machine cannot be started, and the JOptionPane pop-up box of "internal error" is displayed. This is because the above 5 services are not automatically enabled, just manually start: My Computer -> Right-click the mouse Click -> Select "Management" -> Services and Applications -> Services -> Find "Five Services Beginning with VMware" -> Right-click -> Select "Start".

Method 1: Manual optimization
Here is VMware Workstation 11 as an example, the same as other versions, right-click Computer - Manage - Services
Click on the name, the service list will be automatically sorted according to the name, and find several services starting with VMware in the service, as shown in the following figure
