How to install software in VMware (transfer files or text to a virtual machine)

Use the command line to enter " \\vmware-host\Shared Folders\" to view the shared folders

It can be seen that the shared folder is the same as the one in the F drive, and then you only need to drag the file into the F drive to access it on the virtual machine

Five, use the U disk to import files

First insert the U disk,

Select the virtual machine above VMware, click on removable devices, select usb mass storage device to disconnect from the host, and then you can see it in the guest.
