C++Builder6.0 new and open project software crashes

In the early morning, I opened the C++Builder 6.0 software at work, but the project got stuck when I opened it. It was very strange. Then I tried to create a new project and it also got stuck. Try to open a CPP file, it can be opened, then try to open the project .bpr file, it will open. As to why, it is unknown. 2018.5.3
