1. Make a U disk image
Preparation: install FDD software-Baidu FDD can download it.

2. Assign a
special hard disk size Note: Install ubuntu and win10 on a hard drive (the hard drive where the win10 c drive is located).
The total memory required by ubuntu should be greater than 60G as much as possible.
Hard disk allocation steps:
1) Right click on "this computer" --> select "manage" in the menu bar -> select "disk manager"
2) enter the disk manager and see the line where the c drive is located, which is where the c drive is All partitions of the hard disk, if the computer is a dual hard disk, it is recommended to directly divide the hard disk into win10 C drive and ubuntu space.
3) If this hard disk originally had other partitions, such as D, F, then right-click the corresponding color bar --> "Delete Partition" to delete all partitions to only C drive. (Pay attention to backup data). After the completion of this line, there should be only one C drive and one black bar or blank area, and the blank area capacity is greater than 60G.
4) If the computer has a single hard disk or the blank area is less than 60G, right-click the C drive --> "Compressed Volume" to ensure that there is a blank area above 60G.
3. Install the dual system.
Complete the above steps, shut down and restart (make sure the U disk is inserted into the computer
when restarting ) 1) Press F12 continuously during restart (F12 will not work, check the corresponding shortcut keys for Baidu computer model) --> until you enter the startup selection interface --> Select the name of the U disk and press Enter to enter the ubuntu installation interface.
2) Install according to the steps, -> select Chinese system -> Chinese input mode -> not networked -> select "other options" for installation mode.
3) Partition: select the free area you allocate greater than 60G -> click the "+" plus sign in the lower left corner -> start partitioning: first divide the root directory "/", the size is 20G, the main partition; then divide the "swap space", the size 8G, logical partition; finally divided into "/home", the size of the remaining space is all. Complete the partition.
4) After the partition is completed, the mouse will click the following root directory "/" partition in the partition list, and then click the install button in the lower right corner, and wait for the installation to complete.
