How to restore the files of all partitions merged into other partitions of C drive after the notebook ghost system

After GHOST, only C drive is left because when reinstalling the system, the wrong option was selected, which led to the whole hard disk being installed as C drive. After the installation, only C drive is left. If you want to restore the files of the lost disk, you need to pay attention not to save new files to the current C drive (because the files saved now may overwrite the files of the original DEF disk). You can remove the hard disk and hang it on another computer as a slave disk or connect a mobile hard disk to restore the data to the mobile hard disk. See below for specific recovery methods.

Tool/Software: Meteor Data Recovery Software

Step 1: After Baidu search and download the software to open it, double-click the partition to be restored, then decompress it and right-click the software icon to select the "Run as administrator" software (if it is an xp system, you can directly double-click to open the software).

Step 2: After the program runs, double-click the physical disk that needs to restore data. After GHOST, only the C drive is left to restore data from the physical disk.

Step 3: It takes an average of several minutes to half an hour for the software scan to complete.

Step 4: After the program scans the files, put them in the "Recovered Partition" directory.

Step 5: Check the data to be recovered, right-click and select "Copy Checked Files", the software will copy the checked files.

Step 6: The last step is just waiting for the software to copy the data and it's done.

Note 1: After GHOST, only the recovered data from drive C needs to be temporarily saved to other drives.

Note 2: If you want to restore GHOST, only the C drive is left, and you need to pay attention to it. Do not save new files to the C drive before the data is restored.
