How to find files that were accidentally repartitioned after ghost system

Re-partitioning is due to the fact that the wrong option was selected during the installation of the system, which resulted in the entire disk being partitioned, and all the data was lost after the installation. If you want to restore the data of the lost partition, you need to pay attention not to save new files to the current disk (because the files saved now may overwrite the data of the original DEF disk). You can remove the hard disk and hang it on another computer as a secondary disk or connect a mobile hard disk to restore the data to the mobile hard disk. See below for specific recovery methods.

Tool/Software: Meteor Data Recovery Software

Step 1: After downloading and decompressing the program, double-click the partition to be restored, then right-click the software icon and select "Run as administrator".

Step 2: After the program is opened, double-click the physical disk that needs to restore data.

Step 3: It takes an average of several minutes to half an hour to wait for the program to scan, just wait a little patiently.

Step 4: The software will quickly put the found files into the "Recovered Partition" directory.

Step 5: Check all the files that need to be recovered, right-click and select "Copy Checked Files", the software will copy the checked files.

Step 6: Wait for the software to copy the data to complete.

Note 1: If you want to restore the re-partitioning, you need to pay attention. Before the data is restored, do not save new files to the C drive.

Note 2: The data recovered from re-partitioning needs to be temporarily saved to another disk.
