After the computer is turned on the firewall, the ping cannot be reached and the remote solution cannot be performed after the firewall is turned on.

In some cases, the computer needs to open the firewall but wants to be able to be remotely or pinged.

1. First check the network type of the computer (in the second step, open the protocol under the corresponding network type)

2. Control Panel - Windows Firewall - Advanced Settings - Inbound Rules

(1) After opening the firewall, you can ping the settings.

(2) After the firewall is turned on, it can be set remotely.
