Question: I installed wireshark before, and the network card can be detected, but since the system upgrade, the virtual network card of vbox is gone, and wireshark cannot detect the network card.
Solution ( Note: The following method does not stipulate the order, it may be solved by performing one of the steps, but it is recommended to do it in order for troubleshooting ):
1. Run cmd.exe as an administrator, enter net start npf, and reopen wireshark To see if the network card is detected.
2. Uninstall Npcap that comes with wireshark, you can find Npcap from the control panel, and then uninstall it. I found Npcap from IObit Uninstaller pro at the time, and then uninstalled it to detect the network card.
