Oracle client and plsql installation in windows server 2012 environment

Install the client

Unzip the installation package

 

start installation

 

 

 

 

 

Set environment variables

 

 

 

 

 

Variable name: ORACLE_HOME
Variable value: D:\app\Administrator\product\11.2.0\client_1
 

Variable name: NLS_LANG
Variable value: SIMPLIFIED CHINESE_CHINA.ZHS16GBK

 

 

Configure monitoring

Copy the tnsnames.ora file to D:\app\Administrator\product\11.2.0\client_1\network\admin

SJZXDB=
  (DESCRIPTION =
    (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = 192.168.168.190)(PORT = 1521))
    (CONNECT_DATA =
      (SERVER = SJZXDB)
      (SERVICE_NAME = SJZXDB)
    )
  )

Note: SJZXDB is the name of the database instance, and 192.168.168.190 is the address of the database server, fill in according to the actual situation.
