How source insight sets the encoding format is always garbled

2. In the 4.0 interface File->Reload as Encoding...-> select gb2312; but this is only valid for the current file, how to do it once and for all?

After trying, select Default Encoding at the bottom of Options->Preferences->Files, but you need to rebuild your project

You also need to execute porject -> rebuild project to update all file encoding formats

If it still doesn't work, delete the newly created source project and rebuild one.
