Enter the terminal under Ubuntu and enter the command sudo gedit /boot/grub/grub.cfg
Search to find the line with Windows and comment it out (as shown in the figure below), if it is a command, comment the whole paragraph.
You will find that there is no Windows startup item when you turn it on again
