Solve the problem of no startup items after Windows starts

Preface

        Why does this problem occur?

        Previously, the PC was equipped with Windows+Ubuntu dual system. Since Centos was configured under the virtual machine, I uninstalled the Ubuntu system. Unexpectedly, the Windows boot entry was deleted by swiping. as the picture shows:

Initially, Boot Manager showed that Boot Manager is Missing, and the EFI USB Device was taken later when the system was reinstalled.

        solution:

        Download the system image from Microsoft's official website, use Microsoft's official reinstallation assistant, and reinstall the system through a USB flash drive.

Solution steps:

        Create a Windows 11 installation:

                Download the official creation tool:

Download link: https://www.microsoft.com/zh-cn/software-download/windows11

 Here, we choose the second option: bootable USB (specific requirements are as shown in the figure, please make sure your computer can run Win11)

Installation process display:

Here, we choose to create media using a USB flash drive

Because the home Chinese version was pre-installed on the computer before, and Windows has been associated with a Microsoft account, I chose this way.

Wait patiently, it will take about 10 to 20 minutes. Do not eject the USB flash drive in the middle.

Enter Boot Manager mode (Lenovo Xiaoxin series: Restart + F12)

After completing the creation of Win11 media, restart the computer and enter Boot Manager mode, select the USB boot item to enter the reinstallation page;

Note: Different brands of computers have different keys to enter Boot Manager;

Set to suit your preferences

Note that here I deleted the C drive and D drive, and then the unallocated space appeared. Just select the unallocated space.

If your computer's non-system disk contains important data, please do not delete the non-system disk and operate with caution;

        Two solutions for drive not found:

Notice:

        If the computer does not find the drive at this time, it is most likely caused by the Intel Core 11th generation equipped with Intel VMD technology;

        At this point, you have two solutions:

Option One:

1. Go to the official website of your computer brand to download this driver: IRST driver

2. Then extract only the driver to the USB flash drive:

Choose to decompress only

Add this driver folder to the USB flash drive

Then restart and enter the installation program;

If the problem is still not solved, please adopt the second option:

Option II:

1. Restart the computer and enter the BIOS settings: (Lenovo Xiaoxin: Restart + F2)

2. Enter the system settings: 1. Turn off the Intel volume management device; 2. Select AHCI (disk boot) for the SATA controller

3. Then restart +F12 to enter Boot Manger and repeat the process.

        Post-installation settings:

suggestion:

1. Add another American keyboard;

2. It is best not to name the device the same as before to prevent confusion;

Regarding Windos activation issues:

Please log in to your computer's previous Microsoft account and automatically activate Windows online;

                 Regarding Office activation issues:

1. Enter the Microsoft official website and log in to the Microsoft account bound to your computer when it was activated.

2. Upper right corner-Avatar-My Microsoft Account

3. Toolbar-Services and Subscriptions-Purchased Products

4. Find the Office version installed on the previous computer - install it

Reinstallation successful:
