Preface: You need a windows machine, both win7 and win2008. Install the PHP integrated environment on it. I use phpstudy 2016 here, which is more convenient to use.
One, install phpstudy
1. Download link: https://www.xp.cn/download.html
After installation, the following interface appears: (I am an old version)
Two, install DVWA
1. Download link: https://github.com/ethicalhack3r/DVWA
2. Put the downloaded DWVA compressed package in E:\phpStudy\WWW (because I installed phpStudy on the e drive, so it is E:\phpStudy), and then unzip the DWVA compressed package
3. To configure the DVWA link database, please open the config folder and open config.inc.php.
Need to change db_password to root, because the default MYSQL link user name and password of the integrated environment we just installed is root root. Don't forget to save after modification.
4. Clone the file or change the file suffix to .bak
Three, log in to the browser
1. Visit http://10.65.13.175/DVWA-master/index.php (my IP here is 10.65.13.175) and select the arrow to point to.
2. Scroll down the newly opened page and click create
3. To visit http://10.65.13.175/DVWA-master/login.php again, you need to enter the user name and password. The default user name is admin and the default password is password, and finally successfully logged in to DVWA.
