Note: In practice, it is found that the layer coordinate system is 4326. After publishing the slice map service, the coordinate system becomes the plane coordinate system 102100 (3857);

If you choose suggest (choose the number of levels to be sliced when publishing), then the slice map service is 4326! As shown below:
