Often stuck when copying files from Windows to Linux virtual machine

I don't know the reason recently. Just copy files to the virtual machine and it will definitely crash; restarting the client and restarting the computer will probably still fail;

Therefore, I tried the shutdown service mentioned by netizens, and it was really useful; I made a note for future reference;

(Win 7 system, vmware version 12.0.0 build-2985596)

The operation is relatively simple, with only the following steps:

1. Close the client and close VMware;

2. Win +r call up the command line and enter services.msc;

3. Find all service items related to vm and stop all related services;

4. Just exit and restart the computer.

After the above operations, the files can be copied normally after starting the virtual machine; because my vm-related services are automatically started, the services are started after restarting, if it is changed to manual start, you may need to first Start the service (I haven't verified whether it can be successful without starting o(╯□╰)o)
