The problem of copying and pasting files and texts from a physical machine to an Ubuntu virtual machine

After installing the Ubuntu system, the virtual machine found that the files of the Windows system cannot be copied to each other. In order to solve this problem smoothly, the author adopted the following method that can be realized, as shown below:

first step:

sudo apt-get autoremove open-vm-tools 

sudo apt-get autoremove open-vm-tools 

Step two:

sudo apt-get install open-vm-tools-desktop

sudo apt-get install open-vm-tools-desktop

third step:

Restart the virtual machine
