The error took me about three days to resolve. This error is related to the language compatibility of Chinese and English.
There are a lot of information on the Internet [1,2] showing that the problem can be solved by creating an English account and using ansys in the newly created account . But in my computer, the method failed to solve the problem. Based on the enlightenment of previous CAD error solutions [3], the author used another method to solve the problem:
as shown in the figure, uncheck the icon option. For how to open this dialog box, please refer to [3].
