Safe production is an important guarantee for building a dual-cycle economic development pattern. With the deep integration of a new generation of information technology represented by the Industrial Internet with the manufacturing industry, the intrinsic safety level of industrial production has been significantly improved. The combination of industrial Internet and safe production is an important guarantee for the advancement of the industrial base and modernization of the industrial chain during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period, a fundamental solution to eliminate potential safety hazards, and an important support for industrial restructuring, transformation and upgrading.
The Party Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the integrated development of industrial Internet and safe production. "Industrial Internet + safe production" is an important measure to thoroughly implement the concept of safe development of the Party Central Committee. In June 2018, the Ministry of Emergency Management, in conjunction with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Science and Technology, issued the "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Development of the Security Industry", proposing to "focus on the security needs of key industries, and use digital, network, and intelligent Safety technology and equipment research is the key direction." On the other hand, fostering and expanding emerging industries, focusing on the high-level integrated application of industrial Internet and safe production, incubating, cultivating, and growing a number of leading suppliers of "industrial Internet + safe production", forming a source of technological innovation and forming a new generation of information A comprehensive testing ground, an achievement transformation platform, and a highland for innovation and development where technology and manufacturing are deeply integrated.
