    The unit has always wanted to use unmanned ships for work. Since we have never operated it independently, we are worried that I can't get it. I said that it’s not always necessary. In case there is a problem, I will ask the manufacturer for guidance on WeChat online. Although it was foreseen for a long time, it encountered many unexpected problems and was on the verge of collapse many times. The intelligent unmanned ship is not a toy ship like many people imagine. It is a complex integrating electrical, mechanical, artificial intelligence, and high-end equipment. I believe that Qingdao, as a strong marine city, should rely on Qingdao’s shipbuilding and equipment advantages, As a high-tech industry, unmanned ships drive the development of artificial intelligence and marine equipment.

    1. Loading by crane,

    After being loaded on the ship, it is 5m high from the top of the ship to the ground. Some places may not be able to pass through and need to detour.

    Arriving at the construction site, I found that there are a lot of aerial cables in the village, and many of them are less than 5m in height. Therefore, trucks cannot pass through. I can only find a way to transport the unmanned boat through the village to the pier through the flatbed truck, so that the crane can also pass through the village to the pier.

2. Installation and debugging

   First pull up the gasoline generator to charge the unmanned ship. Connect the external cable of the ship's right string, turn the button of the ship's right string, "off" to "shore power", and start charging the UPS. UPS is the power source for all electronic equipment on the ship including multi-beam and shore-based communication. Charge 2 remote controllers: operate the remote controller and arm the remote controller (mainly used to detach and hold the hook, when not in use, it must be closed to prevent accidental touch).

l Starting the engine on shore (without cooling water) does not exceed 30 seconds at most .

Be sure to turn the throttle knob to 0 before starting the engine .

l It is  prohibited to start the generator on shore (without cooling water).

UPS remote control must UPS valid charged state, i.e., the generator or shore power charging state of charge.

l It is  prohibited to start the air conditioner on shore (without cooling water).

The operation of the throttle knob must be fine-tuned slowly, and must not be quickly rotated to a large value, otherwise it will damage the machine and be very dangerous.

The speed increase in the first 2 bars of the throttle scale is not obvious, and the engine sound becomes louder and the power increases after the third bar.

l When  starting / stopping the engine, switching modes, etc., it is better to turn the throttle to 0 for safety reasons before performing other operations.

   Then, turn on the bottom battery switch on the port side of the ship to establish a wireless connection between the remote control and the hull. Set the remote control to remote control mode, and the upper mode is autonomous mode. Check the power of the UPS. The power of the UPS is 90%. After four months, there is still so much power.

   Then, move the rudder to see if you can control left and right. Turn the power switch to the generator position; then lower the drone into the water; after launching, turn on the generator with the remote control to see if it can be turned on; then turn on the engine to check whether the forward and reverse functions are normal. The boat let go and went out to work.

Use the navigation remote control to slowly dock the boat on the side of the mother ship, and use a special hook to hook the recovery rope on the boat to the mother ship.

Turn off the equipment on the boat, including the engine, generator, air conditioner, and measuring equipment (the operation of these equipment requires cooling water to cool, otherwise it will burn out)

Use the recovery rope to fix the bow and stern of the boat, and drop the hammer into the groove.

Wait for the hammer head to fall completely and when the sling is very soft, use the deployment remote control to connect the hammer head (this process takes about 10 seconds).

Start the crane slowly to ensure that the holding mechanism is fully hugged, then hoist the boat to the mother ship.

Connect the shore power charging line, turn the charging switch to " shore power " , and the technician enters the equipment compartment to read data and other tasks.

After reading the data, please remember to turn off the UPS and close the hatch.

3. Supplement:

If the ship in poor sea conditions berths at the mother ship and shakes a lot, in order to make the hammer head fall into the iron trough accurately, the guide rope needs to be hooked to the mother ship deck, and then the hammer head is guided to slide down into the iron trough through the guide rope.

After hoisting on the mother ship, please check: whether the hull is scratched or cut, whether the bottom of the boat and the measuring equipment are damaged;  you can observe whether there are garbage inside the jet pump and the fishing net entangled through the bottom grille of the jet pump, if necessary Clean up in time;

Control the computer's settings: Generally, it has been set up. When setting up for the first time, you need to set

1) Connect the antenna of MBR to the host

2) Connect the network cable of the computer and the network cable of the MBR with a HUB. MBR has established a wireless server, and third-party devices need to be added one by one to realize the communication between the devices

After adding today, the monitoring can be started, but the two buttons in the upper left corner of the navigation interface: the navigation control and remote sensing are red, I asked Cheng Hehu for help, checked the config file, there is no problem, restarted the UPS, it is normal

Then, if you want to monitor multi-beam and sonar, the computer must also be connected to the HUB and added to the MBR wireless communication service.

The sonar host keeps on, but the power-on must be controlled through the display control interface of the unmanned ship. It is measured with a multimeter, and there is indeed no electricity.
