After all, a company that is only 7 years old may be a bit uncomfortable compared to BAT, but I feel that this is also an opportunity. A good platform will get good benefits. The person in charge of the platform is basically active oncall, and feedback on problems will be resolved quickly.
Colleagues feel very awesome
The colleagues here are generally younger and the business is relatively busy, so there are no people who come to care for the elderly. Everyone is required to write code. My leader has participated in the development of many projects in the group, and I have also developed a project with him. During the development process, I can obviously feel that his project experience is very rich, his thinking on problems is very comprehensive, and various solutions are also very complete. . The colleague sitting next to me has a very strong code ability. In daily development, I basically use vim to edit the code on the development machine. It is also very good for various performance optimizations. When I encounter a performance bottleneck, I will be able to roll a wheel immediately, and usually write some The strategy of quantitative trading really made a lot of money. The instructor who took me obviously felt that he was familiar with the underlying principles of some systems. Although he was not in the same group as me, he would recommend some techniques and books to me.
