1. Background Introduction
FTP is used to transfer files between two computers, and is one of the most widely used services in the Internet. It can set the usage rights of each user according to actual needs, and it also has cross-platform features, that is, FTP clients and servers can be implemented in operating systems such as UNIX, Linux, and Windows, and files can be transferred between each other across platforms . Therefore, FTP service is one of the resource sharing methods often used in the network. The FTP protocol has two working modes: PORT and PASV, namely, active mode and passive mode.
FTP (File Transfer Protocol) is a file transfer protocol, which is a TCP-based protocol that uses a client/server model. Through the FTP protocol, users can upload or download files on the FTP server. Although there are many sites downloading through HTTP protocol, FTP protocol can well control the number of users and bandwidth distribution, and upload and download files quickly and conveniently. Therefore, FTP has become the preferred server for file upload and download in the network. At the same time, it is also an application program through which users can connect their computers with all servers running FTP protocol around the world, and access a large number of programs and information on the servers. The function of FTP service is to realize the remote transmission of complete files.

3. Strategic arrangement
3.1 Configure and add FTP site, as shown in the figure below.
3.1.1 Click the start menu/select management tools/select Internet Information Services (IIS) manager 
3.1.2 right-click the website/select add FTP site
3.1.3 Customize FTP site name, as shown in the figure below. 
3.1.4 Customize the physical path of the FTP site, as shown in the figure below.

3.2 Set and bind SSL
3.2.1 Enter the local IP address of Windows server 2008/Set FTP port to 21/Set SSL to none/Next
3.3 View the user list of Windows server 2008, as shown in the figure below.
Steps: Win+R/cmd/input command: net user 
3.3 Add users to Windows server 2008, as shown in the figure below.
Step: net user username password/add
3.4 Specify what authentication and authorization information to the FTP server, as shown in the figure below.
Steps: Specify the user as the newly created user/set the permissions to be readable and writable/Complete 
3.5 Delete the history of IE browser browsing
Steps: Click Security in the upper right corner/select delete browsing history 
3.6 Open FTP in the browser, as follows As shown in the figure.
Steps: Enter ftp://Ip in the URl field. Enter the account information set to create the FTP server/login in the pop-up window. 
3.7 Scan the Windows server 2008 FTP (21) port using the *** host nmap, as shown in the figure below. 
3.8 Use Metasploit (msf)*** framework to perform VPN on Windows server 2008 FTP service, as shown in the figure below.
