I recently discovered that Visio has a Gantt chart template, which is simpler and more convenient than editing Excel and Hanwen. Adjusting and editing the Gantt chart can save a lot of time. You can write the start and end time or directly drag the cycle bar.

Insert a custom data column to add field information that you care about. For example, I added the "test leader":
The data can be exported to Excel. Although the exported Excel is less readable, and the custom header is not exported according to the user input, the basic information is complete.
In addition, the defects are:
(1) The bar cycle is not "beautiful" reflected in the table.
(2) The Gantt chart can import/export Excel, but there will be problems when importing a revised Gantt chart Excel result, which is not suitable for secondary import and editing. It is only suitable for outputting various formats after editing based on Visio.
