Also use an example to show: take conference room reservation as an example to make a Gantt chart.

1. Design the form and enter data
- First design the conference room reservation form as shown in the figure ( the same principle as the data extracted in Excel above, but without manual input ), and publish it directly to members. Members fill in the form as needed to make conference room reservations.
The reserved data is shown in the figure below:
2. Add a Gantt chart to the dashboard
- Then click New "Dashboard" on the Jiandaoyun homepage :
- Modify the dashboard name (that is, the project name) - click [Data Component] - [Gantt Chart], and select the newly designed [Conference Room Reservation] form.
- Also modify the name of the Gantt chart - click [Data Access Permission] at the bottom - select [Use Member Permissions to Data Source Form]. Then set the dimension, start and end time, sorting rules, etc., and set up the Gantt chart in the following steps.
- On the function configuration panel on the right, you can set the zoom level and data labels of the Gantt chart.
3. Publish the dashboard
- In just three steps, the dynamic Gantt chart has been created. Go back to the dashboard design interface and click [Publish] in the upper right corner to publish the dashboard to members. Only the published members can see the dashboard.
4. Effect demonstration
Published members click on the dashboard to see the Gantt chart just set up and use the Gantt chart. Members with relevant permissions can:

The Gantt chart produced by this method is not only beautiful, but also dynamically displayed in real time.
