I think I’m right, but is outsourcing really useless? Is outsourcing really as inappropriate as rumors outside?

Let me talk with you from the following points that I think are more representative:

Extremely repetitive work and highly replaceable

This is one of the reasons why I do not recommend that you go outsourcing as soon as you graduate. I have contacted Alibaba and Tencent’s outsourcing, and I have also asked Ant Financial’s outsourcing friends. Willing to do work without much technical content.

So at the beginning, I thought it might be okay and I learned something, but due to the nature of outsourcing, the projects I touched are generally short of time, the projects are urgent, the work is cumbersome and mechanized, and the core content is not accessible, so the ceiling of ability improvement is also Right there.

For those with work experience, there is no room for improvement except for mechanical work content.

My friend at Ant Outsourcing told me that the boss who took him was good, and the official development of the Ant I met was okay. He was tricked into by HR at the beginning and said that he had a chance to become a regular employee. After entering, the official staff told him that it was difficult. Ali was willing to give this money to help him transfer unless his ability exceeded the outsourcing a lot.

Regarding substitutability, many small partners may not know how long they have not worked. This can be understood as the cost of finding someone to leave the company.

Most of the resignations in outsourcing are when you want to leave. You can find another one at any time. Unlike many regular employees who leave the company, they will try their best to discourage them. It is difficult to recruit people after your position is vacant, and it is not good for a short time. You may think that the pressure of outsourcing to do business all the time is not so great. Don't be too naive. Your boss is not a philanthropist, and your contribution must be worthy of your salary. But the overall pressure is better than that of regular employees. My ant outsourcing friends can basically go home before 9 o'clock. As for formal friends, cough cough.

However, you have been iteratively demanding to work overtime and do business. You will be tired even if people are not tired. Many friends asked me, why do I go home so late every day and still write articles and videos at the company on weekends?

The working environment and atmosphere of the company also make me feel very happy, so I can face each day in a better state every day. Everyone always tells me to pay attention to my health. I go to bed at 11 o'clock and wake up at 7 o'clock. Get up for a walk, after breakfast, go to the company. Such work is part of life, not just for survival.

The actual salary is not high, the social security provident fund payment base is low, the year-end is generally very low, and the benefits are different

My friend’s salary is okay, but the base of provident fund social insurance is not high. Most of the company’s full-time employees pay the highest proportion. The social insurance provident fund is paid in outsourcing. It seems that you get a little bit more, but you will be Lose a lot of provident fund.

Provident fund is very important and can help a lot when buying a house.

The end of the year is generally one month, but it may not be so much. We will talk about this later.

And outsourcing almost doesn't enjoy the company's benefits. The group building dinners are based on the number of formal employees. Another instability is that the working environment is unstable. There is the situation of frequent assignments to various places. This often changes the working environment. Internet companies are generally located in big cities. For example, you just rented a house and you want to change companies. If you are not lucky, if you are far away from the two companies, your life will be disrupted when commuting time changes.

Bad resume

Everyone knows that on the Internet, we rely on job-hopping to raise salaries. The most important thing when switching jobs is of course a good resume. Many times there is an outsourcing experience that is actually not as good as the experience of a small factory, directly from outsourcing to a large factory. The probability is almost zero.

Unless you have become very powerful in hindsight, but how can there be so many perfect counterattacks?

Discrimination

The salary is actually okay

As I said above, outsourcing wages actually seems to be possible. It may be more than that of many small companies. The disadvantage is that the payment base of five insurances and one housing fund is also the end of the year. If you know that the potential gap for regular employees will be very large.

However, if you have a lot of hands, you can save a little money for a while, but don't adapt and indulge in an outsourcing company. Remember to have the heart to go out every day. Look for opportunities to improve yourself.

Self-examination & self-discipline

If students who are outsourcing come out for an interview, they are often frustrated. Review their resumes and current abilities. Don’t always think that it must be a pot of academic qualifications and resumes, because you will add, delete, modify and check. No one is easy for us to work out. There is essentially no difference between outsourcing and full-time employees. Since we work 24 hours a day, we should do our best to face each day positively. .
