After coming to Shenzhen, I began to devote myself to the preparation of job hunting. Every day is a back-to-back interview question. By the way, I went to station B to watch the teaching video. Because I was interviewing for a test position, I had to re-prepare sql statements, linux, shell, python, scripts, computer networks, test theories, projects, etc.

In fact, I am just a testing novice. I can only do basic functional testing, which is what we commonly call "little bit" Dafa. I can write simple sql statements, and then I have no other skills. Therefore, in December at that time At that time, I was really anxious. While watching linux teaching and learning how to write scripts, I also had to memorize test theory. I spent about a week like this. Let me introduce myself, talk about the project experience of testing, what kind of testing tasks did I do in the previous company, and briefly asked some testing theories. It took about half an hour, and I basically answered it. I still agree, and then let me go back and wait for the news.

In fact, I can feel it. The man interviewed me. He is not very technical, not professional enough, and a bit amateur. He has never heard of some of the things I said. I realized that this is a very poor interviewer, so the more I went to the end of the interview, the more confident I became, because he didn't understand it anyway. I received a text message that night, asking me to go to the Huawei base for an interview the next morning.

I only blame myself for being too good, alas.

He asked me if I knew linear algebra and how to calculate the third-order matrix. Yes, but guess what I answered at the time? I said that I have learned these in universities and forgot them, but I can pick them up soon after reviewing. I also added a sentence, I am from a major, and my learning ability is not bad, so don’t worry. Then he asked me which language I know. I said python, but he said that he had learned C++.

I said that I have learned it, but I am not proficient. I should understand the code. He said that part of the project to be tested is written in C++, so the programming language needs to be understood. Anyway, I was embarrassed several times in the middle, because I asked me a lot. I didn’t answer, and I felt hopeless. In the end, he told me that I asked you about basic knowledge, but you didn’t answer. You said you have a strong learning ability. I can’t see it, but I believe it. No, like this, I will print out some written test questions, and you can do it. I can only quickly say: yes.

Although I can't guarantee that I will do it, I can only bite the bullet. After a while, he brought over the written test questions, and I did them right under his nose, and showed him after some of them were finished. He asked me, and he felt that he also thought: The foundation is so weak, do I need this person. In the end he said, well, let's stop here today, just go back and wait for the notice.

Another thing is: If you want to join an outsourcing company, you usually have to go through two interviews, one outsourcing, and the second round of interviews with Party A after the outsourcing interview. You pay half by yourself and the company pays half. The provident fund account is equivalent to a bank card. 4. Can outsourcing companies enter?

Disadvantages of outsourcing:

No sense of belonging: If you are stationed in another company, you are just a worker, and leave when the work is done. I don't know which company I will be in for the next project.
