Secondly, the success of the smart campus construction depends on the cooperation mode. The cooperation mode determines the construction plan, and the construction plan determines the project. The key to the success of the project depends on the contract, communication, progress, quality and related parties. Here I talk about three aspects (communication, progress, quality) or suggestions or hope! My role is very embarrassing, and I can't say it easily. I made a mistake. Please forgive me.
1. Communication:
In fact, I have also emphatically talked about in the previous several promotion meetings. Why is the progress of the project slow due to communication problems? I don’t know who is coordinating the entire project, who can coordinating the entire project, each acting independently, such as the main contractor Unicom, the outsourcer UnionPay Commerce, the outsourcing Shannuo, and outsourcing OA and Weiwang. The mutual communication and mutual restraint are not enough. , Can’t advance each other; of course, there is an objective reason that involves more stakeholders and the communication coefficient is more complicated; of course, the network center also has more than enough energy, and there is no way to advance, so it lacks effective push and extrapolation. The progress of the project. More often than not, the hospital office has the weight to make the whole project coordinated.
2. Progress:
The network core equipment, air conditioning, fire fighting, display screens, consoles, office terminal equipment and other related equipment in the central computer room have not been in place for a long time and have not been implemented, which affects the adjustment and testing of the platform and business system, and affects the migration of the old system. The critical path of the entire project lags behind, which affects the progress of the entire project; such as the connection of the optical fiber network in the public computer room, the connection of the office network, wireless coverage, etc., if the equipment arrives, installation, adjustment, testing, training, and trial Wait a series of steps.
The all-in-one card is also the equipment that arrived in the past few days, and the equipment model in the original plan was temporarily changed. The equipment was installed quickly a few days ago. Later data collection, data push, cloud platform deployment, joint debugging and the whole For the joint debugging of the smart campus system, etc., there are still no terminals yet, and the task is still very heavy.
3. Quality: From the construction plan to the implementation plan, quality must be fully considered, but in the end it is reflected in three dimensions:
1) Teachers and students said: After teachers and students use the results of informatization construction, whether the overall reliability, security, confidentiality, efficiency, and collaborative office are obvious. This is not a leader or a department that has the final say. The teachers and students have the final say.
2) After-sales service: Debug occurred during the use process, involving Unicom, Sangfor, Huawei, UnionPay Commerce, Shannuo Technology, Weiwang, OA, etc. There are many suppliers and development companies, 3-4 Level of outsourcing, who will solve the debugging, will it be implemented? Does Unicom's general contractor control it?
3) Upgrade look: Due to the development of the college, changes in requirements will take into account the upgrade and expansion of the software and hardware levels, and whether it can be seamlessly connected. For example, the current water control and electronic control of the college’s all-in-one card cannot be connected.
All in all, we cannot affect the progress once, hold a meeting and change the progress again. The project is time-limited, and the project cannot be changed at will. How can the project be guaranteed in this way? The progress will affect the quality. We hope that our general contractor, outsourcing company and the hospital will work together to think about the difficulties more comprehensively and in-depth. From the construction, we must consider the reliability, safety and scalability of the system operation. , There must be an emergency response plan for operation failures, and a high-standard technical team must be built to support each sub-project, and finally consolidated into the overall smart campus project.
