The VC runtime library is not included in this package. Considering that most people have this stuff on their machines, they are not included in this package. If it can't run on your system, please go to the Microsoft website to download the VC runtime library of VS2008, or download the 1510 version of TabsiPlus, this version contains the VC runtime library, install the runtime library, and then use the 1749 version.
