The release of the new version of TabSiPlus may be delayed

It has been almost two years since the last version of TabSiPlus was released. It was originally planned to release a new version of TabSiPlus on January 11, 2012. However, due to the tight schedule in the near future, the version plan is only partially completed. The release of the new version may require Postponed to June 2012 (tentative).

But you can publish the version plan of the new version first. Haha, the internal code name of the new version is Shui Yushi (the internal code name of 1510 is Tudou). The first is to solve several failures that have been exposed since the 1510 version was released. For example, when you click on the project window in the middle of the mouse, a label without a title will appear. Clicking to close will cause the failure of SI to crash. There is also a problem of SI Chinese Support issues, and the label text is very ugly in a large font environment, etc. Next is to update the version control function, completely remove the support for VSS, the new version may only support CVS and SVN, but the support for GIT is not included in this version plan. The last is the transformation of the tab window. The current version of TabSiPlus uses the tabctrl control of windows to display the tabs, but this control always switches the currently active tab to the first line. This has often made users dizzy. Tab It is very troublesome to search back and forth frequently. The new version uses a custom label window, each label position is fixed, supports label grouping with the same name, label fonts are optional, and the recently activated labels are displayed in a sequence of light to dark colors to facilitate switching between them.

The current progress is that the modification of several faults has been completed, and the development of the new tab window has been completed 80%. I generally like to use it for 2 to 3 months after the development is completed, and then officially release the version, so the time point in June 2012 is still a very optimistic estimate, and may bounce again.
