Sailfish has released v4.4 "Vanha Rauma", Vanha Rauma is located on the coastal road and the Rauma River between Pori and Turku in southwest Finland, and has a large number of old Nordic wooden buildings and even a well-preserved 15th-century sanctuary. Church of the Cross.
This release brings a number of improvements, some notable changes include:
- Updated the Mozilla Gecko-based browser engine from ESR 60 to ESR 78.
- Supports pairing of Bluetooth devices using NFC.
- Various effect filters can be applied in Sailfish's camera application.
- Sailfish's camera/gallery app that allows easier browsing of past photos using a date-based scroll bar.
- Sailfish Android app compatibility support has been updated for the Android 10r62 patch level.
- Various other fixes and compatibility enhancements.
