Cause The cause
of the problem found on the Internet: The cause of this phenomenon is a function called "active test performed by the Windows Network Connection Status Indicator (NCSI)". When you enter the network, the system will automatically pop up a browser to let you log in when it detects that you need secondary authentication. Your status is already logged in, so you jump to the MSN China website.
Operation
Run -> regedit to
open the registry editor, modify the computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NlaSvc\Parameters\Internet
