Solution

Method 1. Reset IE settings

Reset IE steps:

1. Close all Internet Explorer windows.

2. Press WIN+Rthe key combination, input in the input box inetcpl.cpl, and press Enter.

3. Click 高级the tab, click 重置, check Delete Personalized Settings, click 重置.

4. click 关闭.

Method 2. Disable Test Internet Network Activity
