1. Problem description

2. Some webpages cannot be opened, refresh DNS

Faced with this situation, it is generally caused by a local DNS cache error.

Solution:

First of all, we Win key + R key to open and run, enter cmd and press Enter:

Enter in the command line interface:

ipconfig/flushdns

Then press Enter and wait for the prompt to refresh successfully!

Then exit the command line window, restart the computer, and see if you can access the Internet normally!

The purpose of this operation is to refresh the local DNS cache, correct some erroneous DNS information, and restore access to the webpage normally.

Third, the solution to invalid DNS refresh

The above method is highly unlikely to be effective, and it does not rule out that it is useful in individual cases.

Don't worry, and then look down, some webpages cannot be accessed, and the DNS cache is not repaired, or all webpages cannot be opened at all. At this time, it is necessary to consider whether it is a DNS problem.

At this point we need to replace an available DNS.

First, find the local network icon in the lower right corner of your computer:

Right-click and select Open Network and Internet Settings:

Then, in the network and internet settings interface, find the change adapter option under the advanced network settings:

In the network connection interface, find the current local network, right-click to open the properties:

On the property interface, find internet protocol version 4, select it and click the property option:

In the property interface of the protocol version, we check to use the following DNS server address, and can choose to fill in the free public DNS:

The first one filled in above is 114DNS:114.114.114.114

The second is Alibaba Cloud DNS: 223.5.5.5or223.6.6.6

If you know your network provider's DNS, you can also fill in the network provider's.

Finally, we click OK to exit all interfaces.

Not surprisingly, your browser can surf the Internet normally.

Four, the ultimate big move that the above methods are invalid

If you can’t access the webpage normally after refreshing the DNS and filling in the free public DNS, then there is only the last case, that is, the proxy settings of our computer have been tampered with, which may also be the problem faced by most small partners.
