When we encounter the problem that Skype cannot log in, it prompts that the credentials have expired
Clean up expired certificates
First, find the Control Panel Credential Manager
Delete the expired account credentials
Reset IE configuration
Search Internet Explorer in the start menu
Open IE, locate the Internet Options in the settings
select Advanced Options in the reset function
Be careful to close all IE windows and Outlook windows, otherwise it cannot be reset.
Check to delete personal settings and click Reset.
