1. Problem description
When VS login, an error pops up: Cannot refresh the credentials of this account
2. Solution
Open the default browser, the default browser on my computer is Sogou
(1) Open option settings
(2) Open Internet options
Click Connect , then click LAN settings
(3) tick automatic detection settings , uncheck other tick
(4) VS recovery can log in normally.
