After installing win10 on your computer, you want to use the new cmd console properties. To
enable the new cmd feature method:
First, open the console
. Right-click on the title and select Properties-> Options-> Uncheck Use old version console
and then enable Ctrl + C Ctrl + V copy and paste shortcut.
Later, I found that I couldn't open the terminal (Alt + F12) under idea. It was probably caused by the problem of setting new features.

Tools-> Terminal-> Shell path
