intellij idea cannot be edited

The ThinkPad t440p is equipped with a solid state drive and a mechanical hard drive. Installed fedora25 and Windows10 respectively. As a result, after entering fedora and then restarting into Windows, the system time automatically changes. As a result, intellij idea cannot be edited, modify the system time, and restart the idea.
