solution:

1. Find Task Manager –> Details –> explorer.exe. End mission.
Click File –> Run New Task –> fill in explorer.exe, click OK.

This solution can solve the problem that the search box and the network connection button are invalid. But you need to do this every time you start up.

2. Open the Local Group Policy Editor and enable "User Account Control: Administrator Approval Mode for Built-in Administrator Accounts" in "Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\Security Options".

3. Check the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\EnableLUA value in the registry, usually it should be set to 1. If it is invalid, some people suggest trying to set it to 0.

4. The ultimate method ----- system restore, reset, reinstall~
