IntelliJ IDEA 2021.1 Solution to the problem that the submission information cannot be entered in Chinese when using git to submit code

Problem description && solution

1. Recently, I have encountered a problem several times in IDEA. When using git to submit code, the submission message cannot be entered in Chinese. I cannot switch the language even if I sit in the lower right corner.
   
2. Solution: Open "Help" -> Edit Custom VM Options in the IDEA main interface, and add at the bottom:"-Drecreate.x11.input.method=true"
