configuration steps:
1) after opening the software, the search must first port;
2) set the baud rate (for series STM32F4 board, over 76,800 baud difficult for STM32F1 series board , the baud rate can be set);
3) select .hex file;
4) in STMISP interface, checking parity , and programmed to perform two options;
5) select DTR low reset, the RTS into the bootloader high ;
6) to start programming.
