Configuration software experience talk

Kingview is the necessary software for PLC control interface. Usually there is WINCC, which can also be configured, but when I used this software, it was too troublesome to install, and the computer configuration could not keep up, so I simply gave up on this one. Generally speaking, WINCC is only applicable to Siemens PLC. After all, it is built by Siemens itself, and it is said that it is not compatible with PLC equipment from other manufacturers. Although I haven’t used WINCC, let me introduce it briefly. This software is divided into two types: RC and RT. I didn’t distinguish between the two when I first downloaded the software. RC is the authorized version. This version can only view operations but cannot edit. How do you understand it? For example, you need to make the configuration interface yourself. After finishing it, you need to copy the debugged software interface to the computer that needs to monitor the PLC device. At this time, if you copy it out and run the interface to operate and monitor the PLC, it will be the RC version. , which means you can only use this version to view data and control switches. But if you find that a step is unreasonable and want to change the background, the RC version will not be able to achieve it. The RT version can change the background, thereby changing the final configuration screen. That is, when you first make your own configuration interface, you use RT instead of RC. If RT is not activated, it cannot be used directly. If RC is not activated, it can be operated but there is a time limit, which seems to be limited to about 30 minutes. WINCC7.4 can only be run after 7 o'clock with a hardware dog, which means that if you don't buy a genuine hardware dog (shaped like a USB flash drive), you can't run the software normally. The hardware dog is equivalent to the key. Before the WINCC 7.4 version, there was no need for a hardware dog. You only needed to buy a genuine key. Therefore, it was easier to break the habit before this version. Another point is that WINCC has two versions: European version and Asian version. The European version is all in English, but it is said that it does not require a key and can be used directly (not sure about this, I kind of forgot).

Kingview is not so pretentious, has strong compatibility, and the computer configuration requirements are not so demanding. So I finally chose KingView. KingView has a point option. Different point licenses have different prices. The number of points can be determined according to the PLC device. Nothing more. Personally, I feel KingView is pretty good. Let me post some pictures below. If you need software, you can follow the official account and reply to "Configuration King" to get it. Your satisfaction is guaranteed~
