  • 成长期:这是产品快速成长的阶段,俗话说“男人可能会喜欢你一时的幼稚,但是不会喜欢你一世的无知”,用户就是这样的“大猪蹄子”。这个阶段产品经理既要抓用户增长,又要抓住大部分用户的心,让自己的产品成为用户的理想型。(这么一说爱情好像也是这样,最开始大家的理想型可能是王子与公主,但是随着时间的磨合,早已忘记了什么理想型,TA的举手投足就是你的理想型。所以,产品同学,一定要学会调教用户,引导用户,而不是一味地嘤嘤嘤,去扮演一个所谓的理想型。)

  • 成熟期:这是产品相对稳定的一个阶段。产品经理应该关注客户留存和商业变现。这两者一般是矛盾的,因为暴力变现本身就是“只加价不加量”的天秀操作,当然会产生矛盾。但是,咱们“既加价又加量”不仅如此,还加足加够,加到用户舒服,用户那一定是舔着舔着来。所以怎样低成本的满足客户需求并带来实际的商业效益,是这个阶段,最考验产品经理的点。
