使用 Git Bash 上下箭头不生效

　　在bash.bashrc中添加alias vue = 'winpty vue.cmd'

 

　　这里以 vue create 创建项目为例：

　　vue create cli3 (箭头使用不了)

  

　　改为： winpty vue.cmd create cli3（键盘箭头可以使用了）
