es 的fdw 是基于multicorn（python扩展）开发的，官方的multicorn 版本已经很老了，对于pg 的高版本是不支持的
但是已经有人提供了支持新版本的包了,还是很不错的，基于python 开发fdw 简单方便

es fdw docker 镜像

9.5 版本的，es 为7 （默认使用es python 的最新版本）
