情况：重启电脑后，在eclipse中启动servlet项目，报如下信息：The server cannot be started because one or more of the ports are invalid. Open the server editor and correct the invalid ports.
双击servers修改端口和修改tomcat文件配置端口，重启、关闭、开启（通过bat文件运行）tomcat都不行。删除tomcat的windows服务也不行。
在cmd中输入netstat -aon|findstr “8080” 也没有端口占用着。

解决方法如下：卸载tomcat.exe 下载zip版本。启动成功。（卸载失败，看这篇文章https://www.cnblogs.com/koongcen/p/9188402.html）
