mysql连接提示2003 60 operation timed out

linux安装mysql之后，root用户登录后设置密码，然后给root用户授权，远程连接依旧失败。
提示“2003 can’t connect to MySQL server on…(60 operation timed out)”

检查阿里云服务器安全组规则，添加3306端口，mysql登录成功。
