maven 子工程不能引用父工程的pom.xml

创建了一个 SpringBoot 项目，子工程怎么都引入不到父工程的项目

先来看一下目录结构

member 的pom.xml

会发现父类的pom.xml里面是有SpringBoot 的依赖的，但是还是会报错

最后发现子类的pom.xml没有指明父类

需要加一段
